Jim Paradis

Chief Transformation Officer

Jim Paradis, FACHE, serves as Main Line Health’s first-ever Chief Transformation Officer. Paradis, a leader with a demonstrated history of transformational change, has nearly four decades of healthcare experience, including leadership roles at three of the System’s four acute care hospitals.

As CTO, Paradis leads the newly created Transformation Management Office, which is focused on evolving the System’s structures and processes to establish a sustainable operating model, spur business growth, and foster collaboration and innovation Systemwide while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and values.

Paradis, who has been with Main Line Health since 2003, most recently served as Paoli Hospital’s President for the past 12 years. Paradis was a transformation champion at Paoli Hospital, helping to enact meaningful changes that have positioned the facility to better serve patients and the community.

Over the years, Paradis served as Vice President of Operations at Bryn Mawr Hospital, as well as Vice President of Administration at both Riddle Hospital and Paoli Hospital. Prior to Main Line Health, Paradis held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Graduate Hospital and Vice President at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Paradis is a graduate of Cornell University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics and holds a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania.
