Jim Paradis

President, Riddle Hospital

Jim Paradis serves as President of Riddle Hospital. Jim, a leader with a demonstrated history of transformational change, joined the System in 2003.

As President of Riddle Hospital, Jim provides leadership and operational oversight while working closely with the senior leadership team, medical staff, the Riddle Hospital Foundation Board and his executive colleagues across Main Line Health. Together, they identify strategies for success and ensure those strategies are carried out in alignment with Main Line Health's mission, vision, values and strategic plan.

Prior to being selected to lead Riddle Hospital, Jim served as Main Line Health's first Chief Transformation Officer, leading the Transformation Management Office and playing a pivotal role in advancing the System's Transformation 2035 initiative. As CTO, he helped strengthen structures and processes to ensure a sustainable operating model, while also driving growth and fostering collaboration and innovation across Main Line Health.

Prior to becoming CTO, Jim served as President of Paoli Hospital for 12 years. Throughout his years with Main Line Health, he has also held key leadership roles as Vice President of Administration at both Paoli Hospital and Riddle Hospital, as well as Vice President of Operations at Bryn Mawr Hospital. This broad experience across multiple Main Line Health campuses has strengthened Jim's leadership skills and given him a true System perspective.

Prior to Main Line Health, Jim held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Graduate Hospital and Vice President at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Jim is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural economics and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
