David E. Samuel, DPM

Dr. Samuel completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park in 1986 and received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine, in 1990. He then completed his surgical residency in foot and ankle surgery, with the Crozer Keystone Health System in 1992. Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot Ankle Surgeons, as an educator and lecturer, he works with training residents of the Crozer Keystone Health System's Podiatric Foot and Ankle Surgical Residency Program, as well as being a Clinical Instructor with the Crozer Keystone Health Systems, Dept. of Family Medicine. He has strong interests in sports medicine, Being the Team Foot and Ankle Physician for the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League, since 2005, he also works with athletes at the high school, collegiate, and other professional levels. He is also the founder of Foot Ankle Specialists of Delaware County, LLC., since 1994, and has private offices in the Springfield Hospital Healthplex, Delaware County (610-328-9122) and in Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, PA.(610-619-7390). He has again been named this year as one of the area's Top Docs and Surgeons, by The Main Line Today magazine. His practice includes family and general foot and ankle care, elective surgical reconstruction of the foot and ankle, trauma, foot and ankle sports injuries, and also does an extensive amount of diabetic wound care and limb salvage. He resides in West Chester, PA with his three sons Adam (20), Ethan (17), and Benjamin (15), and when not working enjoys, playing golf, fishing and skiing, with them, and supporting them in their school sports including Tennis, Baseball, and Wrestling.
