Class of 2026

Holly Archinal, DO
Dr. Holly Archinal graduated from Bryn Mawr College where she majored in English. A competitive athlete, she spent her early career in sports television production before pursuing a childhood dream of medicine. After completing her post-bacc premedical studies at the University of Delaware, Dr. Archinal earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having completed her intern year in Miami, FL at HCA Kendall Hospital, Dr. Archinal is excited to return home to the Main Line for the remainder of residency. In addition to educating patients about preventive medicine, Dr. Archinal is passionate about holistic skincare and aesthetics.

Jordan Carver, MD
Dr. Jordan Carver is originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology. Jordan then attended the Robert Larner, MD College of Medicine at the University of Vermont, where he earned his medical degree. He has a passion for family medicine with a particular interest in preventative health and procedure-based work. In his free time, Jordan enjoys running, cooking, and reading. He is very excited to return to Pennsylvania to practice family medicine!

Parth Gandhi, DO
Dr. Parth Gandhi grew up in Burlington, North Carolina and attended UNC Chapel Hill for undergrad, then completed his master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Bluefield College before attending Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. He chose family medicine because of the ability to make long lasting relationships with patients and look forward to providing a holistic approach with his patients. In his off time, he enjoys brewing coffee, watching premier league soccer, playing sports and PC building.

Naomi Mathews, DO
Dr. Mathews (she/her) grew up in many states across the US and India and is excited to now call Pennsylvania home. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, where she earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences. She then earned her medical degree at A.T. Still University of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. Her areas of interest include palliative medicine, LGBT+ care, mental health, and women’s health. She aims to understand her patients as a whole and help them navigate their unique pathway to better health and well-being.

Otensia McKenzie, DO
Dr. Otensia McKenzie grew up in Southern California where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology at UCLA. She later went on to earn her medical degree from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. McKenzie chose family medicine because of its emphasis on developing long-term relationships with patients of all ages, preventative medicine, and patient advocacy. She is interested in full-spectrum medicine, including caring for those of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. In her spare time, Dr. McKenzie enjoys partaking in arts and crafts, being an Aunt to two of her beautiful nieces, and baking.

Adekunle Oyesile, DO
Dr. Oyesile grew up in Queens, New York and earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Seton Hall University. He then earned his medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. He chose family medicine because he appreciates the power of establishing and maintaining wellness. Empowering the community by forging a strong patient-provider relationship. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the drums, basketball, and exercising.

Jessica Yang, DO
Dr. Jessica Yang earned her undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring new cafes. Dr. Yang is looking forward to creating lifelong relationships and practicing preventative medicine. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Sarah Blatt, DO
Dr. Sarah Blatt was born and raised in Fort Washington, PA. She graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in Biology and earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Blatt chose Family Medicine because of the opportunity to form long-standing relationships with patients, the ability to treat a wide range of diseases, and the diversity of the patient population. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, reading outdoors, and spending time with her cats.

Tera Egan, DO
Dr. Tera Egan grew up in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services. Then, she earned her master’s degree in biomedical sciences followed by her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Egan feels fortunate to have grown up around Family Medicine, as her mother is a dedicated family physician. Her passion for family medicine stems from her commitment to patient care and her desire to treat the whole patient as well as holistically care for the community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks in Valley Forge park, and watching movies.

John Fessler, DO
Dr. John Fessler Jr, proudly from Erie, PA, completed his undergraduate studies in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience at Villanova University (Go Cats!). He then returned to Erie to earn his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Fessler is passionate about family medicine and works to build strong personal connections with his patients by ensuring comfort and familiarity while providing broad-spectrum, comprehensive care. Outside of medicine, John enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in activities like backpacking and fishing, as well as his passion for sports such as basketball, football, and golf.

Aniqa Hussain, MD
Dr. Aniqa Hussain grew up in rural Australia and graduated from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. She has chosen a career in family medicine hoping to focus her practice on nutrition and preventative care in minority populations. Furthermore, her passion extends to pediatric behavioral health, and she hopes to address the various health inequities within these communities. Having relocated from Australia as a self-professed ‘foodie,' Aniqa is particularly eager to immerse herself in Philadelphia's vibrant food scene and diverse cultures.

Amanda Goffredo, DO
Dr. Amanda Goffredo grew up in Spring Brook Twp, Pennsylvania and earned her undergraduate degree in biology and neuroscience at the University of Scranton. She then attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for her medical degree. Dr. Goffredo chose to pursue family medicine because she hopes to enhance both the quantity and quality of life of her patients through preventative medicine. Outside of medicine, she enjoys attending Broadway shows, playing board games with friends, and spending time with her rescue dog Charlie.

Jennifer Nguyen, MD
Dr. Jennifer Nguyen grew up in suburban Philadelphia and obtained her undergraduate degree at Arcadia University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with academic and departmental honors. She earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She chose family medicine because of its emphasis on preventative medicine, wellness, and the ability to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and playing piano.

Cecelia Weingart, MD
Dr. Cecelia Weingart grew up in New Castle, PA. She attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA where she double majored in Chemistry and English. She earned her medical degree from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine in Scranton, PA. She chose Family Medicine because she loves developing longitudinal relationships with patients and their families, working on community health initiatives, and learning each patient’s story. Her clinical interests include women’s health, lifestyle medicine, preventative medicine, and palliative care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Weingart’s interests include travel, tennis, racquetball, running, horseback riding, reading, and journaling.

Aakash Belsare, DO
Dr. Aakash Belsare was born in Gujrat, India, and grew up both in India and United States. He earned his biology degree from the University of Arkansas before completing his medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Drawn to the continuity of care and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, he chose to specialize in family medicine. In his free time, Dr. Belsare enjoys family time, long walks with his dog, exercising and movie nights.

Annie Glessner-Fischer
Dr. Glessner-Fischer grew up in Montclair, NJ and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Vermont. She continued her education at the University of Vermont Robert Larner, MD College of Medicine where she earned her medical degree. She chose family medicine because of a passion for preventative medicine and the desire to form longitudinal patient relationships. Outside of medicine, she enjoys going to the movies, traveling, snorkeling/scuba diving, and spending time at home with her two cats.

Joseph Layaou, DO
Dr. Joseph Layaou is from Tunkhannock, PA. He graduated from the University of Scranton with a bachelor's degree in biology. He then moved to Philadelphia to pursue his medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was drawn to family medicine due to his desire to develop longitudinal relationships with patients, much like the ones he observed his mentors in Family Medicine develop throughout his medical school career. Dr. Layaou is also drawn to Family Medicine because of its focus on preventative health, and that the field allows him to see patients of all ages. Outside of work, Dr. Layaou loves watching the New York Knicks, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.

Thy Mai, DO
Dr. Thy Mai grew up in the suburbs of Virginia, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Biology at the University of Mary Washington before earning her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has a special passion for preventive care, lifestyle medicine, LGBTQ+ care, and women’s health. When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Mai can usually be found trying out new food spots, drawing or painting, catching a good movie, or spending quality time with her dog.

Tristan Selton, DO
Dr. Selton grew up in Fernandina Beach, Florida, before moving to Colorado to pursue his undergraduate studies. He graduated from Colorado College in 2018 with a degree in Molecular Biology. Before entering medical school, he gained valuable clinical experience working as a CNA at Memorial Central Hospital in Colorado Springs and Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville. After moving to Philadelphia, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His professional interests include integrative medicine, substance use disorder, family medicine with obstetrics (FM OB), and lifestyle medicine. Outside of medicine, Dr. Selton enjoys exploring new places, trying out new recipes, and discovering hiking spots. He can often be found playing pickleball with his wife or enjoying a cup of tea outdoors when the weather permits.
