Main Line Health names three new Trustees to Board of Governors

Main Line Health has named Hope D’Oyley-Gay, Angela Meoli and Benjamin Richer as new Trustees to Main Line Health’s Board of Governors, effective July 1, 2024.

With extensive backgrounds in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical benefits and finance sectors, D’Oyley-Gay, Meoli and Richer join the volunteer governing body responsible for overseeing and guiding the non-profit health system.

Hope D’Oyley-Gay, JD, is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Orna Therapeutics. Previously, she was General Counsel at Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation. D’Oyley-Gay has also served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President of Administration at Spirovant Sciences, Counsel at Reed Smith, Executive-In-Residence at Militia Hill Ventures and Vice President and Associate General Counsel at GlaxoSmithKline. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. She is a member of several organizations, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art (Board of Trustees and Audit Committee Member), Trustees Council of Penn Women, Dean’s Council of Penn Law Women and Corporate Counsel Women of Color.

Angela Meoli recently left her role as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Initiatives at CVS Health Corporation. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of National Network Strategy and Provider Experience at Aetna, a subsidiary of CVS Health. She also served as the President of MidAtlantic Territory and Market President of Georgia and Gulf States at Aetna. Before joining Aetna, Meoli served as Chief Operating Officer of Coventry Health Care of Georgia and Chief Financial Officer of Coventry Health Care of Louisiana. Meoli is a board member of several organizations, including the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (Advisory Board Member), Innovation Health Plan (Member Board of Directors) and Aetna (Enterprise Leadership Development Advisory Board, Women’s Leadership Advisory Board and National Chair for the Women’s Employee Resource Group). She also served as chair of the Go Red for Women’s National Leadership Council. Meoli holds a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Benjamin Richer is Senior Vice President and Head of Funds Managements at Lincoln Financial Group. Before being promoted to Senior Vice President, he served as Vice President for Investment Strategy and Analytics and Assistant Vice President and Health of Investment Analytics. Previously, Richer worked in several different roles at Nationwide Financial. Richer holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University.
