Main Line Health welcomes Jennifer Denault as Senior Vice President of Facilities Design and Construction

Jennifer Denault

Main Line Health is pleased to announce that Jennifer Denault will join Main Line Health as the System's new Senior Vice President of Facilities Design and Construction, effective October 27. Jennifer comes from University Hospital, a 500-bed academic medical center in Newark, New Jersey, where she has served as Senior Vice President of Construction, Real Estate and Facilities.

“Jennifer’s leadership in overseeing healthcare design teams will be critical as we shape spaces that deliver exceptional care close to home. At Main Line Health, we believe you don’t have to go to the city for high-quality, innovative care, and Jennifer will help ensure our facilities reflect that promise,” said Ed Jimenez, President and CEO of Main Line Health.

In this role, she will be responsible for guiding the design, development and construction of facilities across the System, including hospitals, medical offices and supporting locations. Her work ensures that Main Line Health’s physical environment meets the needs of patients, colleagues and the communities we serve.

Jennifer is an accomplished healthcare executive with three decades of progressive leadership experience. Jennifer has a demonstrated track record of creating clinical and non-clinical facilities that drive operational excellence, enhance patient care and foster sustainable institutional growth.

Under her leadership at University Hospital, Jennifer guided the planning and rollout of a $1.8 billion master plan, a transformative blueprint rooted in community engagement, clinical integration and teamwork, while also managing a wide range of additional projects and operational responsibilities. In her role, Jennifer built high-performing teams and led strategic initiatives that improved safety, operational performance and patient experience, including the recent modernization efforts of University Hospital’s Emergency Department.

“This is an exciting opportunity to help shape facilities that reflect the exceptional care provided across the System. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and clinicians as we work together to design and build spaces that will serve the System well into the future,” Jennifer said.

Prior to University Hospital, Jennifer served as Head of Project Development for North Central Florida-based Scorpio Construction Corporation, as well as held the role of COO of the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention located in Gainesville, Florida and Executive Director for the American Heart Association chapter in Alachua County, Florida.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
