Main Line Health earns Great Place To Work® certification for fifth consecutive year

Main Line Health facilities

Bryn Mawr, PAMain Line Health has once again been recognized as a Great Place To Work, earning the certification for the fifth consecutive year and reinforcing its position as a leading employer in the region. This continued recognition reflects the strength of its culture and the consistent experience of colleagues across the System — where people feel supported, valued and empowered to do their best work.

This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback. A confidential survey was randomly sent to 5,000 colleagues, providing direct insight into their experience working at Main Line Health. The consistent certification reflects the System's ongoing focus on engagement, well-being and professional growth.

To be certified, organizations must meet a minimum Trust Index score, a benchmarked measure of the key drivers of a positive workplace culture. As healthcare continues to evolve, Main Line Health remains focused on being an employer of choice and a place where people build meaningful careers.

"This recognition speaks to the culture our colleagues experience across the System every day," said Gina Ebersole, Vice President of Talent Strategy and HR Operations for Main Line Health. "We want Main Line Health to be a place where people feel connected to their work, supported by their teams and confident in their ability to grow. Seeing that reflected in the results year after year is incredibly meaningful."

The Great Place To Work certification reflects not only employee satisfaction but also Main Line Health's strategic emphasis on cultivating leadership, advancing equity and strengthening team connections across all locations.

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits and have a fair chance at promotion.

Main Line Health has a competitive and robust Total Rewards Package designed to enhance the employee experience and add new benefits to attract and retain top talent so it can continue to be an employer of choice in the Philadelphia area and beyond.

This package includes competitive salaries, paid time off, retirement savings, family-building benefits, tuition assistance, student loan support and caregiver resources. It's all part of the System's commitment to being a great place to work and a place where colleagues can grow their careers.
