Deaver Wellness Farm
Lankenau Medical Center's on-site organic farm provides produce for patients in need and is integrated into education programs for school-age children.

Through a partnership with findhelp, Connection to Community serves as an online resource for free or reduced-cost local community programs offered by community-based health and social service agencies.
