As the hours of sunlight get shorter and the weather gets colder, it can be common to experience symptoms of seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Symptoms can be physical and emotional, ranging from trouble concentrating or overeating to hopelessness or depression. For patients and caregivers, symptoms of SAD can be even more challenging to navigate throughout cancer care. We are here to help.
