Diabetes Management Program
Main Line Health's Diabetes Management Program offers virtual and in-person classes to help community members gain better management of their diabetes. This program meets the National Standards for DSMES (Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support) from the American Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. Classes are taught by Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES), registered nurses and registered dietitians.
The cost of the classes may be covered by your insurance. Please check with your individual plan. An order from your provider is required.
Prior to attending your class sessions, you will have an individual appointment with a registered nurse for a personalized assessment.
This program takes place on March 27, April 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
