KOP Kitchen: Eat the Rainbow

Eat the Rainbow Summer Education Series – The Teaching Kitchen and the Roof Top Farm at Main Line Health King of Prussia are joining together for an educational series (June–August) that will explore how and why to fill your plate with local and colorful fruit, vegetables and herbs. Learn about the health benefits of each color group with recipes that make healthy eating vibrant and delicious. A different color group and new recipes will be featured each month.
