Dane E. Menkin, CRNP
Dane is passionate about providing LGBTQ-accessible services and empowering other providers to do the same. An advocate of teaching, he serves as a resource for any clinician who is seeking assistance in better serving the LGBTQ patient community. He is also a consultant for the Lyon-Martin TransLine, a free, email hotline for clinicians around the country who are seeking clinical guidance when working with transgender patients. He also serves on the board of directors for The Jim Collins Foundation, a national organization that raises funds to award applicants money to cover gender-affirming surgery. Dane is a graduate of Cedar Crest College and Thomas Jefferson University. Before obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree, he earned a bachelor's degree in movement studies and exercise science from East Stroudsburg University. When he's not at Bryn Mawr Family Practice seeing patients, he plays basketball and enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, watching old sit-coms, and admiring tattoos. He vacations in Woodstock, New York, and Cape May, New Jersey, with his wife and three children.
