Main Line Health has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Employers for Women in 2025. This national recognition reflects our continued commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive and empowering workplace for women across all levels of the System.
The list, developed through an independent survey of more than 140,000 women working for U.S. companies with at least 1,000 employees, considered over four million evaluations. Main Line Health stood out based on three key areas:
- Personal Evaluations: Participants rated their own employers on key topics including workplace atmosphere, diversity, salary and benefits, flexibility, parental leave, and support for career advancement.
- Public Perception: Respondents also had the opportunity to rate other employers in their industry or employers of people they know.
- Leadership Representation: The evaluation included the percentage of women represented in top leadership and board positions.
This recognition reinforces what we already know: Main Line Health is a place to work because women can grow, lead and thrive.
